A few words about the Phoenix
Welcome to my website dedicated to cutlery and the promotion of this artisanal know-how. For the moment, each piece is made using the stock removal technique (material removal) as I have not yet learned to forge.
Since I had the opportunity to create my first knife (2024), my passion for this art has continued to grow. I learned alongside professionals during internships and especially through self-study.
My main objective is to share with you my unique creations as well as some restorations, the result of my work using wood and steel which I hope will stand the test of time.
At L'Âme du Phoenix I emphasize traditional craftsmanship and try to showcase this know-how to the best of my ability by putting my whole soul into these blades.
