The Cheese Cut is a knife created for cutting cheese, it is perfectly suited for all types of cheese (soft or cooked).
The blade is made of stainless steel (Z40), 12.5 cm long and 2 mm thick with a satin finish.
The handle is made of G10 (fiberglass resin laminates) in the Damascus style.
The Rivets are made of carbon fiber and are 3 mm in diameter.
Silk type , flat sole.
Dishwasher prohibited, hand washing only, and a little olive oil on the handle from time to time to nourish the wood.
