The Cheese Cut is a knife created for cutting cheese, it is perfectly suited for all types of cheese (soft or cooked).

The blade is made of carbon steel (XC75), 12.5 cm long and 2 mm thick, with a stonewashed finish and the blade is blackened.

The handle is made of stabilized and red-tinted ash burl.

The Rivets are made of carbon fiber and are 6 mm in diameter.

Silk type , flat sole.

  • Dishwasher prohibited, hand washing only, and a little olive oil on the handle from time to time to nourish the wood.
