The Anita is a knife created for cutting cheese; it is perfectly suited for cooked cheese styles.
The blade is made of stainless steel (14C28), 9 cm long and 2 mm thick with a satin finish.
The handle is made of stabilized, pink-tinted spalted hornbeam.
The Rivets are made of carbon fiber and are 2 mm in diameter.
Silk type , flat sole.
Dishwasher prohibited, hand washing only, and a little olive oil on the handle from time to time to nourish the wood.
